About Us
We are a group of parents and friends of the Sweeney Irish Dance School Germany in Landstuhl. We exist to support all dancers in the dance school much like a booster club would.
Financial Support
We support dancers in the dance school through our own families as well as through the community. We conduct several fund raisers throughout the dance year (flea markets, bake sales, participation in local Christmas markets, etc). We also solicit donations from local businesses.
We are a German non-profit and tax exempt organization and with that status, we are able to write donation receipts for businesses, allowing them to claim donations for tax purposes.
All funds raised go directly back to our dancers.

We organize several social events throughout the dance year. Examples are:

Trips to shows
Grade exam celebrations
During the regular dance school week, we drop our kids off and pick them up and depending on what level they practice, we never really see the parents of other class schedules. These events are great to get to know other parents. And they also always need helping hands. Please contact us to volunteer!
